Honorable mention for what they did with Jack. Offering more than 100 shades of professional quality cosmetics for All Ages, All Races, and All Genders. Fuck Jeanne (completely underdeveloped and actually boring) and definitely fuck Sieg.worst protagonist of all time. Heck if they'd made the story about Mordred it would have been so different and so much better. Really fate apocrypha is borderline almost on the same tier as Guilty Crown (meh anime with an epic OST) for me and would be if not for two characters that should have gotten more time and story: Fran and Mordred. The only exception is Knight of the Rebellion which is of course Mordred's theme.
They're all variations of the same theme which is really the theme of the anime but that theme is pretty hype. Well fate/apocrypha is probably the best in the OST:
